E-commerceE-commerce
Listing products isn't the end of the job. We design PDPs people actually want to buy from, a checkout that trims cart abandonment, and post-purchase email flows that bring buyers back. Add AI product recommendations and watch first-month revenue climb.

Scenarios
Common use cases for this service — to help you size the scope and expected outcome.
Coffee subscription shop
Custom Shopify checkout + subscription + repeat-buyer email sequences.
Boutique retailer
Custom checkout + membership + cross-channel inventory sync.
Most e-commerce bleeds money not from costs, but from these invisible traps
70% cart abandonment
Customers add to cart and leave. The usual culprits: checkout too long, too many fields, hidden shipping, forced signup. Every extra field costs you ~5% of orders.
Ads eat the margin
Paid acquisition gets you first-time buyers at 1.5-2× ROAS, on a good day. If they never come back, the unit economics never work out.
PDPs look like spreadsheets
Spec, price, buy button — nothing else. No story, no context, no "why us." Customers comparison-shop and end up on the cheapest alternative.
Support drowns in basics
"When does it ship?" "Can I return it?" "What size?" — asked 50 times a day. Ten minutes of support per question, two hours of waiting per customer.
A complete commerce system — not just product pages
E-commerce isn't a website — it's a complete loop of selling, collecting, shipping, and retaining. We deliver the full loop, not just the middle slices.

Shopify / WooCommerce / custom — we help you pick
There is no "best" e-commerce stack — only one that fits your stage. We recommend after looking at your product type, budget, and growth trajectory.
Best fit for 90% of brand e-commerce. Checkout, payments, apps all out of the box. You sell, we theme.
When budget is tight and the team already uses WordPress. No monthly fees, but you own the ops.
Subscription, B2B tiered pricing, product configurators — logic Shopify can't handle.
What local customers expect: credit card, ATM, store pickup, LINE Pay.
Abandoned cart, birthdays, post-purchase sequences. Free tier covers the first 250 contacts.
Free. See where customers hesitate on PDPs, where they bounce.
You're probably wondering
- Q01
I already sell on Shopee/marketplaces — do I still need my own store?
Short term fine; long term you need your own. Marketplaces charge 5-10% per sale, own the customer data, and train buyers to remember the platform instead of your brand. Ideal setup: test products on marketplaces, nurture repeat customers on your own store. - Q02
Isn't Shopify monthly cost a lot?
Basic plan is US$ 29/month + payment fees. Past NT$ 100,000 monthly revenue it's cheaper than marketplace cuts + ad spend. Below that, stay on marketplaces first — don't build a store. - Q03
Can the checkout be fully customised?
Shopify Basic only lets you change checkout CSS; full checkout customisation requires Shopify Plus (US$ 2,000/month, overkill for SMBs). If you genuinely need unusual checkout flows (B2B quoting, subscription upsell), build custom with Next.js + Stripe. - Q04
Do you upload my products?
We handle the initial 20-30 SKU upload (via CSV). After that, you get training videos. For larger catalogs (200+), we prepare an Excel template for you to fill and we batch-import. - Q05
Can you do subscriptions?
Yes. On Shopify via Recharge or Bold Subscriptions apps; on custom via Stripe Billing. Subscriptions need extra planning (cancellation flow, renewal notices, discount logic) — adds 1-2 weeks to scope. - Q06
How does Taiwan e-invoicing work?
ECPay/NewebPay Shopify apps include e-invoicing. You need to apply for an e-invoice track number from the tax authority first — one-time paperwork, we can guide you through it. - Q07
What if orders spike after launch?
Shopify auto-scales — no action needed. Custom builds use Vercel / Cloudflare + Stripe designed to handle spikes. We also train you on bulk order handling in the admin.
